The open plan living room with dining area combined has a feature fireplace. An inner hall leads to all four bedroom suites; the master bedroom has a king size bed and a superb bathroom with circular bath, Jacuzzi and separate shower. Two bedrooms have French windows, one leading to the pool terrace, the other leading to the garden.

The high level heated terrace pool and spa, built to a considerable international standard with mosaic tiles and Grecian border patterns with gold leaf inserts, is fully heated when required. The fitted pool bar is surrounded by a sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens with many palm trees that lead down to the sea at the bottom of the garden and a boat mooring which can accommodate a yacht up to 25 metres in length. There is an excellent marina with all necessary facilities at Cala Llonga.

The holiday villa is staffed with an English butler, housekeeper, maid and gardener. The butler, Edward, has been in charge for 7 years and gives a complete professional commitment and service, which includes preparation of cuisine.
